It is finally here!!!
The HIIT + Strength E-Guide (2021) is officially live.
I am super proud of this e-guide as I have been working on it since the beginning of the year. Originally I was just going to update the Virtual HIIT Bootcamp E-Guide. But as I went through the motions, I decided to revamp it completely.
In this e-guide you’ll find FIVE different workouts that are only 24-36 minutes long. That’s right, your ACTUAL workout won’t ever be more than 36 minutes.
All you will need is a set of dumbbells and a timer. I like to use “A HIIT Timer” on my android, but any timer will do where you can adjust the settings. The workouts will be set on a timer for 40 Seconds of WORK and 20 Seconds of REST.
As an option, I’ve even linked a few of my YouTube videos below some of the workouts to do instead of the planned workout – that way you have various options.
As an additional option, if you’d like to take your four weeks up a notch, ADD IN 3, 15-20 minute cardio sessions per week.
