It’s been a minute since I’ve done a favorites post; we’re talking last year April.
Now that I am not on a “diet plan,” I have a bit more room in my “diet” for processed things.
Again, I loved my experience with my coach.
But for me, as a mom of three (and coffee lover), I need a more flexible approach to eating. I believe in all things in moderation, especially since it’s what helped me lost over 100lbs 10 years ago.
For today I am sharing some of my current favorite drinks, snacks, treats and such.
First up we HAVE to start with coffee.
I used to make coffee the night before and stick it in the fridge.
But since I was doing a ton of meal prep, the last thing I wanted to do was to add something else to my list. I found this Califia Cold Brew coffee at my local supermarket and let me tell you it is DELICIOUS.Y’all already know I love their better half creamer, so naturally I had to give this cold brew a try.
I spotted this stainlesss steel coffee tumbler at Target the other day and I had to snag it. It’s so sleek and “expensive” looking for only $3.00. It’s perfect for my early work day and it’s not too bulky.Moving on from coffee stuffs…
So at first when I saw the Lesser Evil Avocado-licious popcorn, I was skeptical. But hear me out; it tastes WEIRD. Weird in a good way, I don’t know why.
For me popcorn is deadly.
I could eat a whole bag in one sitting but with this popcorn being a bit “weird” it allows me to savor each “bite” and not eat it so fast. My absolute favorite flavor though is the Himalayan Sweetness. I could eat the whole bag very fast, which is obviously not a good idea.
I mentioned in a previous post that my favorite RXBAR flavors were the chocolate sea salt and maple sea salt. Recently, I’ve been loving the coconut chocolate flavor.
Coconut = summer vibes! ❤
Speaking of snacks, I spotted these Enjoy Life protein bites in dark chocolate raspberry and had to try them. I loved their sunbutter ones so figured I’d give these a try.
They’re really good and I like to have two of them as either a quick pre-workout for some energy or even as a post workout if I am not heading home “right away” to make a smoothie.
And while we are on the topics of smoothies, I have shared this before but this Garden of Life protein powder is my absolute favorite. It’s vegan and has a dose of probiotics and greens. Most protein powders bug my stomach (since mines is super sensitive) but this one doesn’t bother me at all. I like to use a scoop and add frozen blueberries, half a banana and some almond milk as a post workout smoothie.
So there you have it!
A few of my current favorites; some new, some old.
I hope everyone is doing well and having a great week.Happy Summer!
